Winston Churchill in the Movies
Winston Churchill was perhaps best known as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during World War II. His speeches rallied a country facing the relentless onslaught of Nazi Germany. No one can deny that his leadership helped the Allies defeat Adolf Hitler's Third Reich, but that's just the tip of the iceberg for the life of Winston Churchill.
This two-part series covers Churchill's life through the lens of 1972's Young Winston and 2018's Darkest Hour thanks to the expertise of Churchill's biographer Dr. Furman Daniel.
